Prom Consultation

The process – To book a Prom Consultation there is a $50 non-refundable fee. This fee is used as only a consultation fee. The $50 fee is used to secure your consultation. Your consultation is a in person appointment or virtual, during a virtual appointment all you will need to prep for this consultation is a measuring tape. During the consultation we will discuss design, color options, sizing, and conduct measurements. After all the details are finalized, a final price is reached and a invoice is created. Upon, completion of payment, we begin construction.

Construction time - Your garment is custom made specifically for you. This garment requires a lot of time and special detail and can take up to two months to complete. Expedited service is available upon request.

Approval Process – Once your garment is complete, the approval stage begins. You will be advised to schedule a fitting to ensure that the garment is to your liking, for virtual client we will place the garment on the mannequin, to send detailed photos of all angles, and a video via text message. Upon approval from you within 24 to 48 hours we are able to ship immediately. If approval is not received within this timeframe we will also ship the garment to avoid further delays. Shipping time could take up to 2 to 5 business days within the US.
